If you would like to ride with some of the friendly Freewheel Bike staff or ambassadors, we would be stoked to have you join us!  Rides range from light to moderate, to blow-up-your-legs intense. Our goal is to have fun, challenge you, and cultivate a diverse and passionate riding community! If you are wondering if a ride will be canceled due to weather or trail conditions or whatever, you can check a ride's status on our Events Calendar. We will update the ride status in the details as soon as we know if a ride will be canceled. If there is no update then the ride is on.

Route/Description: The 15 mile route is a fun social ride taking place almost entirely on bike paths. We'll usually stop for ice cream or coffee along the way. Any and all types of bikes are welcomed.  The route will take us past Minneapolis landmarks like the Stone Arch Bridge, Target Field, the scenic Kennelworth trail, Midtown Greenway and W. River Parkway.

The longer ride is designed to be a road bike ride ridden at a "recovery" pace whether recovering from a race on Sunday or from partaking a bit too much on Saturday. The route will cover 30-35 miles of scenic bike paths and parkways in and around our capital city of St. Paul. This route will go through the Como neighborhood, around Lake Phalen, past Indian Mounds Park, around CHS field after which you will be treated to a section of path along the Mississippi River that is one of the nicest trails in the city.  The longer route will take about 2 hours.

Afterwards we'll hang out together at Surly Brewing to enjoy some beer and camaraderie.
